A Time for Thanksgiving: Day 22

Peek-a-boo!  Day 22
Today, I give thanks for words from the Lord, and from others, which lift up and encourage.
Some people make cutting remarks, but the words of the wise bring healing.
Proverbs 12:18 (NLT)
Worry wears a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up.
Proverbs 12:25 (NLT)
Kind words are like honey--sweet to the soul and healthy for the body.
Proverbs 16:24 (NLT)
May you be especially blessed this week whether you travel to be with others (you know, to be with the ties that often bind and gag, despite our best intentions and because we are flawed, but love well), or whether you stay home with the (in our case) 4-pack + canines.

It's amazing to me that worry has been a problem since Solomon's time (really since the beginning of time). It's a good reminder that worry is unnecessary and unproductive.
